3mediumsweet potatoespeeled and sliced into julienne cuts
1tbspolive oil
¼tspsalt
¼tspground black pepper
1tbspadobo seasoning
½tspground cinnamon
Instructions
Step 1 - peel all the skin off your sweet potatoes using a veggie peeler.
Step 2 - Then chop them into julienne cuts. Start off by cutting the potato in half, then take each half and cut that half into strips, then cut the strips into julienne pieces. You want them to be in super thin pieces.
Step 3 - toss your chopped sweet potato fries into a large mixing bowl and drizzle in oil making sure to coat all fries. Take the bowl and toss fries up and around until fully coated with the oil or just mix with a spoon to coat all sides. Then add your salt, pepper, adobo seasoning, and cinnamon.
Step 4 - Mix well to combine. Lay your fries in a single layer in your air fryer.Cook for 15 - 20 minutes with a temperature of 390 degrees. Shake the basket halfway through.
Notes
How can my kids help? Have them toss in all seasonings for fries! Store in an airtight container or ziplock bag and place in the fridge for up to 5 days. Make sure they are cooled before storing them in the fridge.Make sure to cut your sweet potato fries super thin. If they are too thick it will make it very difficult to make them crispy.
