Preheat oven to 375.
In a large bowl combine ground turkey, egg, spinach, garlic powder, ground black pepper, himalayan salt, onion powder, adobo seasoning, panko, and garlic.
In a separate small bowl, mash the avocado, using a fork.
Using clean hands take a spoonful of ground turkey mix and roll into a ball. Once formed, using your knuckle of your pointer finger, place an indent in the ball. Scoop avocado mix with a spoon and place in indent. Roll the ball again covering the avocado so that it's inside the ball.
Spray a mini muffin tin with coconut cooking spray. Place formed ball into muffin tin. Continue until all the ground turkey mix is done.
Bake for 30 minutes or until balls are cooked through.
Serve over your choice of veggie or whole wheat pasta.
