1tbsppure maple syrup
¼cupdark chocolate chip morsels
1tbspunsweetened vanilla almond milk
coconut or avocado cooking spray
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl add bananas and mash.
Once bananas are mashed add in flour, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Mix well to combine.
Mix in eggs, pure maple syrup, and almond milk. Fold in chocolate chips using a rubber spatula.
Meanwhile, heat a square shaped non-stick pan and spray with cooking spray.
Spoon out mixture into mounds and flatten with spatula. Cook each side for about 5 minutes.
Remove from pan and serve with a drizzle of pure maple syrup and a side of turkey bacon if desired :)
Notes
How can my kids help? Have them add in all the ingredients into the mixing bowl and mix well. Tip: These can be meal prepped and stored in freezer. Pop one in the microwave for 30 seconds when ready to eat! Perfect for kids breakfast!
