Healthy Flourless Brownies
These flourless brownies are super chewy and very chocolatey! Perfect for that sweet-tooth craving!

Ingredients

15 oz can
chickpeas
drained

eggs
⅓
cup
ghee
or unsalted butter
¼
cup
cocoa powder
⅛
tsp
kosher salt
1
tsp
pure vanilla extract
½
cup
pure maple syrup
½
cup
semi-sweet dark chocolate chips
¼
cup
chopped walnuts
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350° and grease an 8 x 8 inch baking pan. Set aside.
Then in a blender place beans, eggs, ghee (or butter), cocoa powder, salt, vanilla extract, and maple syrup. Blend until smooth.
Pour batter into the prepared baking pan and top with chocolate chips and walnuts.
Bake for 30 min. Remove from oven and let cool completely. Cut into 9 squares or 18 bites.
Notes
How can my kids help? They can help pour everything into the blender and sprinkle the chocolate chips and walnuts on top.
