Equipment
mason jars with lids
Ingredients
2
eggs
¼
cup
crumbled feta cheese
5
kalamata olives
pits removed and sliced
1
handful
baby spinach
5
cherry tomatoes
halved
1
tbsp
unsweetened vanilla almond milk
kosher salt
to taste
ground black pepper
to taste
everything but the bagel seasoning
to taste
Instructions
Add everything to a jar with a lid. Place in the fridge until ready to eat.
Remove from fridge. Shake well! Place in microwave and cook for 2 and a half minutes.
Grab a fork and go!
