1lbboneless skinless chicken breasttrimmed and cut into 1 inch pieces
½cuporange juice
6cupssmall broccoli florets
3tbsprice vinegar
2tbspcoconut aminos
1½tbspcornstarch
2tbsppure honey
1tbsp minced garlic
½tspkosher salt
Instructions
Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add your chicken and cook; stirring occasionally, until browned and cooked through, about 10 minutes.
Transfer chicken to a plate and keep warm.
Add orange juice to skillet and cook; scraping up the brown bites, for about 1 minute. Add broccoli; cover and cook for about 5 minutes, until broccoli is tender. Next, add in your zoodles and stir until well combined, cook for 3 more minutes.
Meanwhile, whisk vinegar, coconut aminos (or low-sodium soy sauce), honey, garlic, and salt in a skillet. Bring to a boil and cook for about 1 more minute until the sauce has thickened. Add the chicken back in and combine. Cook until heated through.
