Shrimp with Parsley Garlic Butter

The most flavorful, creamy, baked shrimp you will ever have!

Equipment

  • baking sheet
  • small pot

Ingredients

  • 2 lb shrimp peeled, deveined, and tails off
  • 1 cup ghee or unsalted butter
  • 1 bunch fresh parsley minced and stems removed
  • 5 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest grated
  • 2 tsp kosher salt
  • 2 tsp ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350° and line a baking sheet with foil.
  • In a small pot add ghee or butter, parsley, garlic, lemon zest, salt, and pepper. Cook until ghee or butter is melted. Simmer for about 5 minutes so flavors blend together.
  • Put shrimp into a bowl and pour garlic butter over shrimp. Let marinade for 10 minutes.
  • Lay shrimp onto prepared baking sheet and bake for 9 to 13 minutes.
  • Serve shrimp over favorite veggie or whole wheat starch!
