These Buffalo Chicken Sloppy Joes are made in a healthy way using ground chicken, onions, celery, and carrots with some cheese and the perfect combination of seasonings to give it a little spice and a savory taste!
Start off by heating your oil in a large non-stick frying pan to medium heat.
Add your diced carrots, celery, and onion. Cook until veggies are fragrant and have softened, about 10 minutes.
Add in your ground chicken and break up into pieces. Cook until browned. Add remaining ingredients into pan.
Stir until all ingredients are mixed well. Turn burner down to simmer and cook for about 5 minutes.
Serve on your choice of bun, wrap, or straight out of the bowl! Add your favorite toppings and enjoy!
