These easy homemade Air Fryer Pizza Rolls are so simple to make. They contain only five ingredients and take a total of 10 minutes from start to finish. They make the perfect snack, appetizer, or Sunday football party treat. They have the perfect crispy crust and the most decadent, warm, cheesy inside!
serrated knife Use this type of knife when slicing your cooked tortillas into pieces.
Ingredients
2 - 4whole wheat tortillas Can also use flour tortillas. Each tortilla makes 4 pizza rolls.
½cupmozzarella cheeseshredded
½cupmarinara or pizza sauce
1tspdried basil
1tspdried oregano
1tspgarlic powder
Instructions
Step 1 - Using a microwave-safe plate, microwave wraps for 20 - 30 seconds.
Step 2 - Lay the warmed tortilla on a flat surface. Using a spoon, spread the marinara sauce on top of the tortilla in a thin layer.
Step 3 - Top the marinara sauce with the cheese, also in an even layer.
Step 4 - Sprinkle the oregano, basil, and garlic powder on top of the cheese, also in an even layer.
Step 5 - Roll the sides of the tortilla inwards.
Step 6 - Then roll the tortilla in from the top and bottom.
Step 7 - Place the tortillas seam side down in the air fryer and fry at 400 degrees for 6 minutes or until crispy. Then, slice the tortillas evenly into 4 pieces each.
Step 8 - Serve with some more marinara sauce on the side!

Top Tip - When slicing your pizza rolls into pieces use a serrated knife to alleviate flattening the roll.Storing - Before storing make sure to let your pizza rolls cool completely. Then place in an airtight container and store them in the fridge for 5 days or put them in a freezer-sealed bag and place in the freezer for up to 3 months.Reheating - reheating pizza rolls is a simple task.
