Instructions
Step 1 - Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Snap off the ends of the asparagus and discard.
Step 2 - In a small bowl, add the olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper and mix well.
Step 3 - Line your asparagus on a baking pan and pour the olive oil mix on top and mix well until the asparagus is fully coated. Pour a little extra olive oil over the top and sprinkle with a dash more of salt and pepper.
Step 4 - Bake 12 to 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and top with the cheese. Turn on the broil and place the baking pan back in the oven. Broil for 2 - 5 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden. Watch carefully because it could burn easily.
