This super easy Shrimp Linguine dish is SO flavorful! It's made with a buttery, garlic, lemon sauce that the whole family will love. The best part is it's done in 20 minutes. Perfect for those busy weeknight dinners!
2lemonsone lemon you will use all the juice and from the other lemon you will cut it in half and use the zest from one half and slice the other half into rounds

Instructions
Step 1 - Bring a large pot of water and a dash of salt to a boil and add in your pasta. Boil for 8 minutes or until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Step 2 - Heat a large non-stick skillet to medium-low heat. Add in butter, oil, and garlic. Cook until your garlic is fragrant; about 5 minutes stirring occasionally to not let the garlic burn.
Step 3—Add the shrimp and cook until it is no longer gray if you bought uncooked or until heated through if you are using already-cooked shrimp.
Step 4 - Remove from the heat and add in parsley, lemon zest, lemon juice, and lemon rounds. Stir to combine.
Step 5 - Add in your cooked pasta and parmesan cheese and mix well. Top with more parsley if desired.

How to store this dish.You can store this recipe in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.What if my pasta turns out dry?After you drain your pasta keep the water in the pot and if you feel your pasta is too dry at the end of the recipe add a little into your dish and mix well until it reaches the desired consistency.Try to use raw shrimp if possible. Using raw shrimp enhances the flavor even more. While the shrimp cook in the sauce they soak in all the flavors.How can the kids help?
