First of all, this Taco Naan Pizza is literally insane! The Schneider house is a huge fan of tacos and pizza so when you put the two together nothing can go wrong there! What's better than a crispy piece of naan bread toasted in the oven and slathered with all your favorite savory taco ingredients?
Not much compares there! This dish also looks like a lot goes into it, but if you've ever made tacos or pizza before you know they both take minimal prep work and don't take long to cook. One piece of naan bread is usually the perfect amount for me when I make pizza and my husband can scarf down 2. With this recipe I could barely finish one and it took some work for my husband to eat 2. This dish is filling!

You can't have pizza without a pizza cutter. Love this little cutter from Kitchy. This one is super sharp, easy to clean, and has a protective blade guard.
How to make this pizza
First, preheat a medium-nonstick skillet to medium low heat and add ground turkey. Cook until cooked through and meat is broken up and no longer pink in the middle, about 10 minutes. Next, drain meat and put back into skillet. Add pinto beans, chili powder, cumin, oregano, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and ¼ cup water. Mix well to combine.
Then, mix in the salsa and remove skillet from heat. Preheat oven to 400°. Lay your naan bread onto the pizza tray and top with ground turkey mixture, then top with romaine lettuce, cilantro, and cheese. In a small bowl combine plain greek yogurt and lime. Drizzle the plain greek yogurt on top of the cheese. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from oven and cut into fourths! Devour!
