When you have a toddlers running around and you are 38 weeks pregnant, you make a crockpot dinner! Crock pot BBQ Chicken is super yummy! This meal was super easy because you just throw everything into one pot (a crockpot) , "set it and forget it!"
The sweetness of the BBQ sauce was just the right amount and the rolls were the perfect combination. I used multi-grain rolls that I bought at Shoprite. My husband, Eric, and I toasted the rolls just a little bit, then scooped on the BBQ chicken and topped it off with some reduced-fat shredded mozzarella.
I have also recently become a big fan of the brand Annie's Homegrown Organics and I have always loved Tessemae's brand, as well. Annie's has a wide variety of organic products. This classic sauce is the original from Annie's roadside BBQ stand. The whole family will love it, especially the kids. When it comes to Tessemae's brand, they are also a company that uses all natural products. They have a couple different flavors for BBQ sauce, as well. I used the original flavor, but they also have sweet and spicy, honey, or chocolate.
